jk77 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Platform Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless context requires otherwise:

• "jk77," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jk77 online gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at jk77.today.
• "Platform" means the jk77 website, mobile interface, and all associated services, games, tools, and promotional features made available to registered users.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the jk77 Platform.

• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's jk77 Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet allocations, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate staking amount a User must place using Bonus Funds before those funds — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, typically involving submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Passport.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which the use of the jk77 Platform is expressly restricted by jk77's operating terms or by applicable law.

To register an Account on jk77, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including a valid Pakistani mobile number;
• Not already hold an existing active or suspended jk77 Account — jk77 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy;
• Not be accessing jk77 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party in using the Platform or managing the Account.

jk77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without obligation to provide reasons. Registration is not complete until jk77 confirms acceptance of the application. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal. Users will be required to submit a clear copy of their CNIC (front and back) or valid Passport. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified upon request will result in suspension of withdrawal rights pending document submission.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jk77 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jk77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify jk77 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. jk77 may take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending investigation.

Each user may hold only one registered Account on jk77. Where jk77 identifies that a single individual holds multiple Accounts, all duplicate Accounts will be closed. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture at jk77's sole discretion. jk77 uses identity matching, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate Accounts.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held in your Account remains accurate and up to date. Updates to contact information, particularly your registered mobile number, must be completed through the Account settings or by contacting jk77 support directly.

jk77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the Account Cashier section.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made using a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your jk77 Account balance instantly under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits typically settle within one to three banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, and to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification prior to first withdrawal;
• Full satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds;
• Compliance with the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the Cashier;
• Anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering review at jk77's discretion.

jk77 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees displayed in the Cashier are levied by the payment provider and are outside jk77's control. jk77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its standard anti-money-laundering obligations.

jk77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotional offer. In the absence of offer-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply.

Bonus Funds credited to your Account may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering Requirements specify the total amount that must be staked using Bonus Funds before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance becomes available. The Wagering Requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated clearly in the promotional terms.

• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred between Accounts;
• jk77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice;
• Multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual will not each qualify for a welcome bonus or any first-deposit promotion — the restriction applies per person, not per Account;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim promotions, using technical methods to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other users — constitutes a material breach of these Terms;
• Where jk77 reasonably concludes that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings and to close the Account.

Promotions targeting specific sporting events — such as PSL cricket betting bonuses, UFC match promotions, or special Eid offers — are subject to the general bonus rules above in addition to any event-specific terms published with the promotion. Time-limited promotions expire at the date and time stated; expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.

All bets placed on the jk77 sportsbook and all wagers placed in the jk77 Casino or Slot sections are final once confirmed. Users must verify the details of any bet — including selection, stake, odds, and market — before confirming. jk77 is not obligated to void a confirmed bet on the basis of user error.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and locked upon confirmation. Live in-play betting odds update in real time; the odds confirmed at the moment your bet is accepted govern your payout, regardless of subsequent movement. jk77 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time for integrity or operational reasons.

In the event of a manifest pricing error — an odds value that is clearly erroneous due to a technical fault — jk77 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Where such a void occurs, the original stake will be returned to your Account Balance.

Casino & Slots: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed third-party providers, or by physical equipment operated by live dealers. jk77 does not adjust game outcomes and has no ability to do so. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jk77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on jk77;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment instruments to fund your Account;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using jk77 to move criminally derived funds;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Allowing any other individual — including family members sharing a household — to access or use your Account;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention tools;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jk77 staff or other users.

jk77 employs active fraud detection and monitoring systems. Suspicious activity is reviewed by the jk77 compliance team. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawal and deposit functions suspended pending review, without prior notice.

All content on the jk77 Platform — including but not limited to the jk77 brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of jk77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use jk77's brand name or logo in any commercial context without prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jk77's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action in addition to immediate Account termination.

jk77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jk77 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jk77 does not guarantee that the Platform will operate continuously, without interruption, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service outages may affect availability. jk77 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jk77's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

jk77 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from events outside jk77's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, force majeure events, or failures of third-party payment processors.

jk77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jk77 and accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the jk77 Privacy Policy.

jk77 collects personal data that is necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and provide customer support. This includes your name, mobile number, date of birth, CNIC or Passport information, and transaction history.

jk77 does not sell personal data to third parties. • Self-Exclusion: A voluntary exclusion facility allowing you to suspend access to your Account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. • The User has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The User is under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory or compliance risk to jk77.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, jk77 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits not implicated in any breach may be returned to the User's registered payment method following investigation, at jk77's discretion.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jk77 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money Balance remaining in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to the User's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, jk77 will provide reasonable notice to registered users through the Platform interface or by notification to the registered mobile number or email address associated with the Account.

Continued use of the jk77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at jk77.today/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under jk77's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jk77's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution body specified in jk77's licensing terms.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through this process, escalation to the relevant licensing authority is available.

The English-language version of these Terms prevails in all cases. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English text governs.
